Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Serkey, Winokur, Serkey & Rosenberg, representing the petitioner said the petitioner subdivided and created a lot in 2007. The special permit and plan were recorded however the permit was never exercised and has expired. No changes have been made to the petition. A deed was never recorded changing the name on the property so the land reverted back into common ownership for zoning purposes.
Mr. Parker, Land Management Systems, reviewed the site and the dwelling. The dwelling is proposed at 2,500-square feet.
Mrs. Drago, party buying the property said that she wants to construct a two-bedroom home.
No public comment was offered in favor.
