Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Public Hearing
#3515 – JEANNINE ANDERSON REALTY TRUST and P A LANDERS INC.
                Hedges Pond Road

Sitting:  Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, Michael Main, William Keohan, and Marc Betti.

Michael Main read the legal advertisement into the record.

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.

Mr. Madden, GAF Engineering, reviewed the phases, slopes, and tailwater recovery ponds.

Attorney Angley continued with his presentation.

Public comment offered in favor.
Richard Briggs

No public comment offered in opposition.

Informal Matter
#3454 – PLYMOUTH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
                Hedges Pond Road

Sitting:  Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, and Michael Main.

Attorney Betters, representing the petitioner, said that the petitioner was here to satisfy the conditions of the Special Permit.

Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers, reviewed the plans and the changes to them to satisfy the conditions of approval.

Mrs. Longo made a motion to accept Conditions No.2, 3, 5, 6 and 13 as completed.

Mr. Main seconded.

Unanimously accepted.

VOTE:

#3515 – JEANNINE ANDERSON REALTY TRUST and P A LANDERS INC.
                Hedges Pond Road

Mr. Main made a motion to approve Case No. 3515 with conditions.

Mrs. Longo seconded.

Unanimously granted.

No further business came before the Board.
