Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes December 3, 2008

Members present:  Peter Conner, A Wendy Longo, David Peck, Michael Main, William Keohan, and Edward Conroy

Member absent: Marc Betti.

Staff present: Peggy Fitzgibbons and Paul McAuliffe

Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

#3508 – Kevin Wilkinson
                Bayberry Road

David Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.  

Randy Parker, Land Management, representing the petitioner, said that the garage is to store a Jeep while the property owner is in Florida.  The request is for a 5’ setback.  The garage will be located in the southwest corner of the property – backside on Douglas Road.   The shed will be removed.  The garage is a one bay 16’x 24’ wood building with no loft and no plumbing.  The only utility is electricity for lights.

David Peck read the legal notice into the record.

John Farren, Land Surveyor, representing the petitioner, said that the roadway was constructed over the last year.  Drainage has been installed.
