Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained procedures for the evening.

CASE NO. 3505 – E. PHILIP LEWIS – BRUSH HILL ROAD

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.

Mr. Flaherty, Flaherty & Stefani, Inc., representing the petitioner, said the petitioner has a Purchase and Sales agreement with the Estate of the property.  Brush Hill Road is a gravel way.  Town water will be available to the site.  A new water line would need to be put down the road.   The road needs to be widened approximately 5’ from White Street to the property that is the subject of this petition.  There are no drainage problems existing on the street.  A hydrant will be installed.  A 6” water main would be installed by the petitioner.

Mr. Flaherty in response to the public comment said that there is presently no drainage in place.   The system being designed will put drainage in place.   The petitioner will have a survey done of the property along the southern side of Brush Hill Road.
