CASE NO. 3502 – SECURED REALTY TRUST, INC. – STATE ROAD

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office. The Board of Appeals approved this project on remand from the Courts. At the public hearing, it was noticed that the plans depicted a zero lot line however the request for a zero lot line was not presented nor did the legal advertisement include a request for special permit for the zero lot line.

CASE NO. 3504 – CVS PHARMACY – STATE ROAD

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Carol Bugbee, Poyant Sign, representing the petitioner, said the petitioner would like to put a second sign on the Beaver Dam Road side on the building. A sign was approved by the Department of Inspectional Services on August 1, 2008 that was allowed by right on the State Road side of the building. The petitioner needs a special permit to put a second sign on the building because it is over 20-sq. ft. The proposed sign is 53.8 square feet.

Mr. Peck seconded.
Approved 4-1. Mr. Keohan opposed.
