Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Mr. Peck read the letter requesting a withdrawal into the record.
Mr. Main made a motion to allow the withdrawal of Case No. 3478.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously withdrawn.
Mr. Conner said that the Board would be entering into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation.

Mr. Conner acknowledged receipt of a letter from Mr. Neville in opposition to the project.
Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, reviewed a written presentation on file in the Zoning Board of Appeals office.
Mr. Flaherty, Flaherty & Stefani, described the bogs and the flow of water. Earth removal is necessary to bring the bog down to the level it needs to be at.
Attorney Angley continued with his written presentation.
