Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3483 – TOWN OF PLYMOUTH – CAMELOT DRIVE

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Gould, Environmental Manager for the Town of Plymouth, said that the Town would like to move 8,000 cubic yards of sand from Camelot Park to the main section of the beach at Plymouth beach. The environmental permits are in place and are good for five years. The project must be finished by Memorial Day as the by-laws do not allow vehicles on the beach after Memorial Day. The sand is for recreational purposes. This beach nourishment program is an ongoing project and the DPW will be applying for permits to move sand out of Camelot Park periodically.

CASE NO. 3439R – SECURED REALTY, INC. – STATE ROAD – continued from April 2, 2008.
Mr. Conner said that Mr. Main would be recusing himself from this hearing and asked Attorney Angley if he would like to proceed with four members.
Attorney Angley replied that he would like to continue until a full Board was seated.
Mr. Peck made a motion to continue Case No. 3439R to May 7, 2008 at 7:45 p.m.
Mr. Betti seconded.
Unanimously continued to May 7, 2008 at 7:45 p.m. 4-0
VOTE:
CASE NO. 3483 – TOWN OF PLYMOUTH – CAMELOT DRIVE
A discussion ensued regarding the truck route. The Board was unanimously in support of setting the truck route so that all trucks would be required to exit Camelot Park to Long Pond Road to Route 3 south to Exit 4 to Route 3A. On Route 3A the trucks will use the first turn around on Warren Avenue to Plymouth Beach.
Mr. Main made a motion to approve Case No. 3483 with the conditions as discussed.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously approved. 5-0
INFORMAL MATTER
CASE NO. 3472 – BENCHMARK ASSISTED LIVING – SOUTH STREET
Mrs. Fitzgibbons gave the Board copies of plans that were submitted by the petitioner’s Landscape Architect per Condition No. 2 of the Special Permit. The condition did not require approval of the plan it required that the plan be submitted for completion of the file.
The Board reviewed the plan and accepted it as the final version to complete the file.
No further business came before the Board.
