CASE NO. 3395R – PLYMOUTH DOB, LLC – SANDWICH STREET
Sitting: Peter Conner, Wendy Longo, William Keohan, David Peck, and Michael Main.
Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Edward Angley, deferred to his brother Attorney Jeffrey Angley.
Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, said that the Petitioner was granted a special permit in January, 2007. The permit was appealed by some abutters and was to proceed to trial in January of this year. The plaintiff’s withdrew the appeal prior to trial and an agreement was worked out. A remand was agreed upon so the petitioner is back before the Board looking for approval. The remand order is narrow.
Doug Hartnett, Cubellis, said the parking lot was shifted 55’. It will be 105’ from Woodvale Avenue. The light poles have been reduced to 18’ high.
Ron Müller, GPI, said that the access for the site was redesigned so that only a left turn toward Obery Street will be allowed. The driveway is angled more. Islands have been placed in the medical office parking lot that forces you to exit to the left.
Jon Henson, Landscape Architect, said Sandwich Street will be buffered with pine trees near the proposed parking lot. Woodvale Avenue will have evergreens. The parking lot will have honey locus.
