Mr. Healy said that he would like to move his business out of his home into a warehouse with a small office and a bay that will store 10 vehicles. His business outsources vehicles through the computer much like ebay.

Edward Carll, representing the church said that the sign was purchased to replace the old sign that rotted a few years ago. The sign was larger than the by-law allowed so a special permit is needed.

Mr. Bennett, Bennett Engineering, representing the petitioner, said that the petitioner would like to add a second floor addition with a garage on the side of the dwelling. The two bedrooms on the ground floor would be eliminated and moved to the second floor. The bump out in front of the dwelling on the second floor is to accommodate the bathroom.

INFORMAL MATTER
CASE NO. 3430 – NTB – COLONY PLACE
Sitting: Peter Conner, Wendy Longo, David Peck, Bill Keohan, and Marc Betti.
Mr. Conner showed the Board the sidewalk plan that depicted the correct location of the sidewalk that the Board requested to be placed at the NTB store connecting to the crosswalk and the sidewalk beside Bed, Bath & Beyond.
A discussion ensued between Board members regarding the connection of the internal sidewalk to the crosswalk on Colony Place.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to accept the sidewalk as presented.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Approved 4-1 - Mr. Keohan opposed.
Roll call vote to enter Executive Session. All replied yes.
