MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Conner, Michael Main, David Peck, Marc Betti, A. Wendy Longo and Robert Richard. Mr. Keohan arrived very late.
Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3452 – PAUL D’ANGELO – WEST RIDGE TRAIL
Sitting: Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, David Peck, Robert Richard, and Michael Main.
Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Bracken, Bracken Engineering, representing the petitioner, said the lot has frontage on West Ridge Trail and Federal Furnace Road. The lot was created as a pork chop lot. An easement was given by the developer that overlaps the lot. The waiver requested for the front setback is from the easement line. The required setback is 35’ the requested is 21’.
No public comment was offered in favor.

CASE NO. 3453 – CHRISTOPHER A. GARUTI – SOUTH STREET

Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Garuti said the removal of the entry is to gain a parking space off the street. The addition to the back is to gain some of the space we are loosing.

CASE NO. 3454 – PLYMOUTH REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – HEDGES POND ROAD
Sitting: Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, David Peck, Robert Richard, and Michael Main.
Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement and the recommendation from the Cedarville Steering Committee into the record.
Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers of Plymouth, said the site consist of 25-acres. The zone was changed from Residential to General Commercial. The site is a hill. Four Form A lots were created.
A very long discussion ensued between Mr. Main, Mrs. Longo and Mr. Shaw.
Mr. Richard made a motion to continue Case No. 3454 to January 2, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Longo seconded.
Unanimously continued.
No further business came before the Board.
