MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, Michael Main, William Keohan, David Peck, and Robert Richard.

Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained procedures for the evening.  

CASE NO. 3443 – NORTHBRIDGE PLYMOUTH ASSISTED LIVING – STAFFORD STREET

Sitting: Peter Conner, A. Wendy Longo, Robert Richard, William Keohan, and David Peck.

Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.

Mr. Fuller, Landscape Architect, said that building will be connected via a heated walkway. Stormwater management will be put in during Phase 1. Contractor parking will be provided during the construction of Phase II.  Phase I will have full security and Fire protection.  Phase II will probably begin in the spring.

Attorney Angley continued with the written presentation.

No public comment was offered.

CASE NO. 3444 – ALBERT WHITE and GEORGE MENDES II – TILTON STREET

CASE NO. 3446 – PLYMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY – MURRAY STREET

Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.

Ms. Schaefer, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority, said at Spring Town Meeting it was voted to transfer this land for use as affordable housing.  In 1981 a fire destroyed the 8 bedroom multifamily structure that was on this lot.  In 1988 the down determined the structure to be dangerous to life and limb and the dwelling was demolished.

No public comment was offered in favor.

Ms. Schaefer said in reply to comments made during public comment that the dwelling will not be a modular home.  The Planning Department had this piece of property tagged for affordable use since 2003.

Mrs. Richard made a motion to approve with conditions.

Mr. Peck seconded.

Mr. Keohan made a motion to grant with conditions.

Mr. Richard seconded.

Unanimously granted.

CASE NO. 3446 – PLYMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY – MURRAY STREET

Mrs. Longo made a motion to grant with condition.

Mr. Keohan seconded.

Unanimously granted.
