Mr. Marshall said that he would like to construct a wrap around deck that intrudes into the side setback. The stairs are right on the sidewalk. The materials will be in keeping with the neighborhood.

CASE NO. 3430 – PLYMOUTH GATEWAY LLC – COLONY PLACE

Attorney Angley referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.
The petitioner wishes to add 27 acres of land to the Master Plan and get approval for 8,200 square feet of retail and associated signage.
Mr. Fabbiano, Cubellis, reviewed the site referring to plans on file in the office.
Mr. Rechner, Saxon Development, reviewed the signs. All signs are similar to the rest of Colony Place.
