Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers of Plymouth, reviewed the site.
Mr. Metcalfe, Architect, reviewed the architecture of the buildings.
Mr. Shaw said the playground will be replaced with a park adding buffers to the site.

Mr. Tassinari said that he was in the process of purchasing the building. The building will have to be completely refurbished.
