Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.
Mr. Fornaciari, Fornaciari & Noseworthy, said that the petitioner is proposing to rebuild the roofs in buildings 10, 11, & 12, add dormers and windows. The roof will not go higher. The trusses will be removed and stick frames will be rebuilt.
No public comment was offered in favor.

Mr. Richard asked the petitioner if there would be utilities in the garage.
Mr. Fornaciari replied electricity only.

Mr. Parker, Land Management Systems, representing the petitioner, said that Condition No. 4 of the Board’s decision required that the petitioner return with plans delineating the striping for designated pedestrian access, the ornamental fence, the depth of pavement and the perpendicular parking for final approval by the Board.
Mr. Richard made a motion to approve Condition No. 4 as completed.
Mr. Peck seconded.
