Attorney Winokur, representing the petitioner, requested a withdrawal without prejudice further stating that Mr. Manfredi has determined that additional relief for access is necessary.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to allow Case No. 3398 to be withdrawn without prejudice.

CASE NO. 3400 – TOWN OF PLYMOUTH – CAMELOT DRIVE

Mr. Gould, Acting DPW Director, said that the Town received authorization from Town Meeting to restore the ball field at Siever Field. When the work was started it was discovered that the soil had lead levels in it. The Town is working on a closure plan with the Department of Environmental Protection. The 20,000 cubic yards of material from Camelot Drive will be used to place a 3 foot cover over the existing soil. No vegetation will be removed from Camelot. The work should start in approximately 6 weeks.
Mr. Conner asked the petitioner if soil would be removed from Siever Field.
Mr. Gould replied that it would not.
