INFORMAL MATTERS
CASE NO. 3182 & 3306 – COLONY PLACE – BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE
Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, said that the Black Angus Steakhouse would go beside the Olive Garden. At the time the permit was issued the petitioner did not have tenants for the out parcel and could not provide elevations, materials, and signs so the conditions stated that the petitioner would return for review at each phase of the project. The landscaping will be the same as the existing. The signs are consistent with the approval of the Board of Appeals.
Mr. Richard made a motion to accept Condition No. 1 as satisfied for the Black Angus Steakhouse.
Mrs. Longo seconded.
Unanimously accepted.
CASE NO. 3262 – AUGUSTINO DIODATO – McKAY and HASKINS STREETS
John Farren, Professional Land Surveyor, said that the Town Engineer and Planning Board reviewed the plans and that the petitioner needs the approval of the Zoning Board of Appeals so he can move forward with the project. Mr. Diodato will maintain the catch basins until the road is paved.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to accept Condition No. 1 as completed.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously accepted.
CASE NO. 3371 – ALDEN PONDS – COURT STREET
Attorney Angley said that there was a mix up in which plan was actually approved by the Board of Appeals.
Mr. Hensen said that the plan he reviewed and the Board voted on was Schematic No. 2. The #9 plan was submitted at the Planning Board however, it wasn’t the plan that was submitted to the ZBA and it was not the plan that the petitioner wanted to go with.
