Patrick Dunford, Traffic Engineer, reviewed the site, drainage, and access to and from State Road and Beaver Dam Road. There will be 60 parking spaces. There will be two curb cuts on State Road. The entrance on Beaver Dam Road will be 100’ from the stop line. The guardrail will be wood faced. The petitioner has no problem with a “no harm” taking. A bus shelter will be placed on the property. The driveway will be 24’ wide. The Access Permit is before Mass Highway for review.

Attorney Angley said that the drainage has been addressed and that any work done will be an improvement.
Debbie Constantine, CVS, said that the stores are laid out differently because of the new laws governing privacy and for safety concerns.
