Mr. Conner called the meeting to order.
RULES AND REGULATIONS WORKSHOP
Ed Angley reviewed the meeting that was held with staff on 10/11/06.
Valerie Massard, Town Planner, reviewed the distribution of materials for filings.
Bob Betters said that he was in agreement with the proposed distribution.
INFORMAL MATTERS
CASE NO. 3364 – NORTHBRIDGE COMPANIES, LLC – STAFFORD STREET
Sitting: Peter Conner, Wendy Longo, Robert Richard, David Peck, and Michael Main.
Attorney Angley said that the petitioner was here to present architectural and landscape plans to satisfy Condition No. 1.
Mr. Gaston, Northbridge Companies said that the architectural team worked hard to make the facility fit in with the neighborhood.
Chris Churri, Architectural Team, said that the roof pitch was reduced. The courtyard was revised to make a more secure area for the patients. Some parking spaces have been removed.
Mr. Fuller, Fuller Landscape Architect, said the stormwater retention is located in the rear of the site. Several large Maple trees have been saved to screen the residential neighborhood.
Mr. Main made a motion to accept Condition No. 1 as complete.
Mrs. Longo seconded.
Unanimous.
CASE NO. 3302 – WATERHOUSE, LLC – CROW’S WAY
Sitting: Peter Conner, Bill Keohan, David Peck, Wendy Longo, and Robert Richard.
Attorney Angley asked the Board if the 5-story building would be a substantial change over the 4-story building that was shown conceptually during the permit process. The height will be 63.5’.
Mr. Richard made a motion that the change to a 5-story building was a substantial chance and the petitioner would have to file for a modification.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimous.
Mr. Conner took a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session and announced that the Board would not return to open session.

Mr. Peck – yes.
Mr. Conner – yes.
