Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3374 – JACQUELINE M. SMITH – CLYFTON STREET – Continued from July 5, 2006

Mr. Richard read a letter requesting a withdrawal into the record.
Attorney Wyman said that plans were submitted in time for the hearing to move forward. His client would like to withdraw without prejudice in order to re-file with the correct documentation.
Mrs. Longo asked the petitioner if the neighbor’s would be notified.
Attorney Wyman replied that the petitioner would start over with a new application.
Mr. Richard made a motion to allow the petitioner to withdraw without prejudice.
Mrs. Longo seconded.
Unanimously withdrawn.
CASE NO. 3383 – EGV, LLC – COMMERCE WAY

Attorney Serkey, representing the petitioner referred to a written presentation.
Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers, said that the traffic circulation would not change. The 2nd bay would allow double the amount of vehicles to be washed. The single queue lane will remain the same until the vehicle approaches the payment station, then there will be two bays.
Mrs. Longo asked the petitioner where the vacuums were going.
Mr. Shaw replied that they would be moved back 14-feet.
Mr. Vercollone said that we are only trying to move the cars along.

Mr. Flaherty, Flaherty and Stefani, referred to a written presentation. The petitioner proposes to add a second story over the existing garage with an additional garage beside it. A family room is proposed behind the existing garage.
