Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
Case No. 3362 – Herbert Jacobs – Highland Avenue

Attorney Serkey, representing the petitioner, said that the petitioner is proposing 2 single lots of land. Nineteen years ago Mr. Jacobs applied for and received a variance. Mr. Kotowski did not appear.
Mr. Conner said that one of the members was resigning at the end of the meeting and that if the case proceeded the petitioner would have to proceed with four members.
Attorney Serkey said that the petitioner did not want to proceed with four members.
Mr. Richard made a motion to continue Case No. 3362 to August 2, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Main seconded.
Unanimously continued.
Case No. 3363 – Omnipoint Communications, Inc. – Cedar Street/off White Island Pond Road

Mr. Conner said that the legal advertisement has an apparent error. The information provided does not indicate that the tower is located on Lot B4-1.
Mr. Mulvey-Welsh made a motion to continue Case No. 3363 to July 19, 2006 at 8:30 p.m. subject to a new advertisement.

Case No. 3364 – Northbridge Companies – Stafford Street

Attorney Angley referred to a written presentation.
Mr. Gaston, Northbridge Senior Housing, said that this complex will have a secured facility as well as an independent living. There will be between 50-55 employees.
Mr. Fuller, Landscape Architect, said that the site has three existing curb cuts on Stafford Street. One curb cut will be closed. Most of the parking will be taken away from Stafford Street and put to the rear.
Mr. Chuirri, Architect, said the roof line will match the current building on the site.
Attorney Angley said that the building is joined by a covered walkway.
