Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, reviewed the site and addressed questions and concerns from the previous meeting. The two curb cuts are reduced to one and moved to the center of the buildings. The new dwellings will be set back 53 and 61 feet.
Mr. Donahoe, Goldman Environmental Consultants, said that he has been working with David Gould, Environmental Manager for the Town to restore the brook and stream. The clean water off the roof will go directly into the ground. The brook is full of debris and invasive plans surround the site.

Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers of Plymouth, reviewed plans depicting the cut through for cars to the Shaw’s parking lot and a plan removing the cut-through for cars. The truck entrance will remain.
Attorney Winokur said that it is more important to his client to get the commissary permitted than it is for the access road.
Mr. Pilla, Paramount Partners, LLC, said that the access is very important to get tenants in a plaza like this one.
Attorney Angley withdrew the request for the access to Shaw’s lot.
