Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
Case No. 3360 – Pilgrim Hill Plaza – Pilgrim Hill Road

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office. The buffer requirement does not apply.
Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers of Plymouth, reviewed the parking and access.
Mr. Muller, Greenman-Pedersen, reviewed the traffic . The traffic has reduced on Samoset Street with the completion of the new Route 44. The bank building is the only addition to the site. The truck connection will be gated.
Rod Emery, Edwards and Kelsey, reviewed the traffic circulation and the peer review.

Attorney Winokur, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.
Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers, reviewed the circulation, access and egress.
Attorney Winokur said that middle ground would be to review the connection road in a year.

Mr. Muller, Greenman-Pedersen, said that between 9-18 cars are making the illegal turns onto Samoset Street. Based on that count the estimated total traffic to use the cross connection will be between 40-80 vehicles.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to continue Case No. 3361 and 3366 to May 10, 2006 at 9:30 p.m.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously granted.
