Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
First order of business was re-organization.
Mr. Main took nominations for Chairman.
Mr. Richard – motioned to appoint Mr. Conner as Chair.
Mr. Peck – seconded.
No further nominations.
Mr. Conner was unanimously elected Chair.
Mr. Conner took nominations for Vice-Chairman.
Mr. Richard – motioned to appoint Mrs. Longo as Vice.
Mr. Peck – seconded.
No further nominations.
Mrs. Longo was unanimously elected Vice-Chair.
Mr. Conner took nominations for Clerk.
Mrs. Longo – motioned to appoint Mr. Richard as Clerk.
Mr. Peck – seconded.
Mr. Richard was unanimously elected Clerk.
Case No. 3374 – Jacqueline M. Smith, Trustee – Clyfton Street

Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Wyman, representing the petitioner, asked the Board for a continuance in order to change the site plans.
Mr. Conner said that if the plans were changed the petitioner would have to go through the Design Review Board, Planning Board and any other relative departments when the new plans were submitted to the Board.
Attorney Wyman replied that he was aware that he would have to do that.
Mr. Richard made a motion to allow the petitioner to continue this case to September 20, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Mrs. Longo seconded.
Unanimously continued.
Case No. 3373 – Adriano S. Cimbron – Cedarhill Park Drive

Mr. Richard read legal advertisement and the letter requesting a continuance into the record.
Mr. Richard made a motion to continue this case to September 6, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.

Case No. 3375 – Briarknoll Realty Trust – Center Hill Road

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.
Mr. Flaherty, Flaherty & Stefani, said the site consists of 5-acres of land located on Center Hill Road. The tower will be located approximately 415’ from the Kiley’s house and 135’ from the property line. The Town owns most of the land surrounding the tower. The tower will be delivered in 10-foot sections. The tower base will have a 6-foot high fence around it with a locking portal.
Mr. Catalano, the petitioner, reviewed the process to obtain the grant and rights to put up a tower.
No public comment was offered.

Mrs. Longo made a motion to approve Case No. 3375 with conditions.
Mr. Peck seconded.
