Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
Attorney Cutler explained to the audience how the procedure has evolved and the roll that the Housing Appeals Committee has played since the hearing was closed on November 16, 2005. The parties agreed through counsel to re-submit certain information on the project.
Case No. 3284 – Sawmill Woods – off Kathleen Drive

Mr. Welsh read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Orsmond, representing the petitioner, said that the project was reduced from 260 units to 200 units.
Denis Seguin, Seguin Associates, said that there will be 100 buildings consisting of 2496-sq. ft. each. All will have three bedrooms for a total of 600 bedrooms. Only 27% of the lot will be impervious material.
Bill McGrath, Earth Tech, said that he would like to have time to review the changes to the plans. Mr. Seguin showed Chris Peck and Mr. McGrath the plans just before the meeting and only for about 15 minutes.
Chris Peck, Earth Tech, spoke about the connection to Andrews Court.
Mr. Pomeroy, Sawmill Development, said that each unit will be approximately 1680-sq. ft.

Attorney Orsmond said this is a condominium project and they will have to have an association.
Mr. Pomeroy said that Kathleen Drive will be paved at the completion of the project.
A long discussion ensued regarding reviewing the new plans and a continuance date.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to continue Case No. 3284 to February 8, 2006 at 8:15 p.m.
Mr. Mulvey-Welsh seconded.

Informal Matters
Case No. 3321 – Goscon Inc. – Chilton Park II

Mr. Bracken, Bracken Engineering, said that he was before the Board to show that Condition No. 4 of the decision had been satisfied.
Mr. Welsh made a motion to accept Condition No. 4 as complete.
Mr. Sims seconded.
Unanimously accepted.
Case No. 3337 – Plymouth Exit 5 LLC – Shops at 5 Way
Sitting: Peter Conner, Bill Sims, Patrick Mulvey-Welsh, A. Wendy Longo and Michael Main.
Mrs. Fitzgibbons presented two renderings of the proposed Home Concepts signs to the Board as requested by the petitioner. Condition No. 2 of the decision required that the Board review and approve the final design of the sign.
Mr. Sims made a motion to accept the sign as presented.
Mr. Main seconded.
Unanimously accepted.
