Attorney Angley said that the petitioner is replacing existing dwelling. There will be leaching basins to keep the drainage on site. The driveway is not going to create anything that doesn’t already exist.

Mr. Donahoe, Goldman Environmental Consultants, reviewed the existing conditions and environmental considerations.
Mr. Nolan, J. Kendall Mitchell & Associates, Inc. reviewed the architectural designs.
Attorney Angley said that the project was reduced to nine units. There will be central access. Site lines have been improved in both directions.
Mr. Donahoe reviewed the comparison of the proposed density and uses.
Mr. Winn, Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. reviewed the traffic, circulation, and driveway.
Mr. Richard made a motion to continue Case No. 3359 to May 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Sims seconded.

Case No. 3349– GB New England 2, LLC – State Road – Continued from March 15, 2006
Sitting: Peter Conner, Bill Sims, Bob Richard, Patrick Mulvey-Welsh, and Michael Main.
VOTE:
Mr. Sims made a motion to grant Case No. 3349 with conditions.
Mr. Mulvey-Welsh seconded.
Denied 3-2 (Mr. Main and Mr. Richard opposed). The two members opposed sighted traffic and the size of the building as a concern.
