Mr. Moll, Brewer Marine, said that he was seeking to put a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building purchased two years ago. The first floor is a marine business.

Mr. Tibbetts said that he would like to put a garage in the backyard and remove the temporary structure covering his old vehicles. Three letters of support we submitted for the record.

Mr. Shaw, Associated Engineers, said that he was before the Board to seek approval of Condition No. 1.
The lights are 14’ high, most of the larger Pine trees have been saved. Handicapped parking is to the rear.
Mrs. Longo made a motion to accept Condition No. 1 as satisfied.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTER
Case No. 3284 – Sawmill Woods – off Kathleen Drive
Mr. Conner, Mr. Mulvey-Welsh, Mr. Sims, and Mrs. Longo voting.
Mr. Sims made a motion to approve Case No. 3284 with conditions and waivers as set forth in the draft decision submitted to the Board members for review.
Mr. Mulvey-Welsh seconded.
