The Board approved the minutes of November 3, 2014 as presented.

Presentation
Old Colony YMCA/Redbrook (f.k.a. River Run) Development
Michael Hogan, President, A.D. Makepeace Company, updated the Board on the progress of the Redbrook Development: the water and wastewater systems are completed; landscaping has been installed in the village green; the first two neighborhood roads have been installed; the first two move-in ready homes and the model home are under construction; the first reservations and first purchase and sale have been executed; the Welcome Center should be open late this year and the YMCA is under construction. Mr. Hogan also stated that they are working with South Elementary School and the School Department to renovate athletic fields and will encourage use of the village green and future use of the YMCA fields as well as the trail system throughout the development.
Vincent Marturano, Old Colony YMCA, updated the Board on the progress of the YMCA to bring a full service facility to Plymouth. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase One will include construction of a 25,000 sq. ft. building with parking to accommodate both phases. The Phase One facility will include a Fitness and Wellness Center with cardiovascular machines, circuit training, free weights, and group fitness classes and an Early Education and Child Care Center serving toddlers through Kindergarten age. The Center will offer youth and family activities including: Family strengthening, family fitness and nutrition, child watch, and arts and humanities. A medically based wellness program will offer a diabetes prevention program, a Livestrong at the YMCA program for cancer patients and survivors and
nutritional services.
