Administrative Notes:
The Board approved the minutes of June 28, 2010 as presented.  

The Board determined that the following Form A plan is entitled to endorsement:
A4373 – Plymouth Regional Economic Development Foundation Inc., Map 55, Lot 25 (23.38A) and Town of Plymouth, Map 55, Lots 24, 26 and 27 (24.90 A) – Drainage Easement Definitions

The Board determined that the following Form A plan is entitled to endorsement once the following changes have been made - a correction to the deed reference and the addition of a reference to the RDD special permit:   
A4372 – Annawon Council Inc., Boy Scouts of America, Map 107, Lot 23 (9.16A) – Divide into Lots 23-1 (2.88A), 23-2 (3.55A), and 23-3 (2.75A)

The Board voted unanimously (4-0) to approve the Administrative Notes with the above-mentioned change to A4372.  

Due to a minor change in the name of the LLC, the Board re-endorsed the covenant for B560 – Hillside Estates.

        Goals Session
The North Plymouth Steering Committee and the Planning Board held a brainstorming session as the first step to updating the North Plymouth Master Plan.

The Boards and Steering Committee will reconvene at a future meeting once the results of the brainstorming session have been compiled.  Valerie Massard will be working with the North Plymouth Steering Committee to update their village master plan.
