The Board reviewed their articles for Town Meeting to determine who in the absence of the Chair would speak to any questions. The consensus of the Board was to let their written recommendation describe their position.
Larry Rosenblum moved for the Board to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Bylaw to expressly prohibit new and used automobile dealerships in the Highway Commercial zone; the vote was unanimous (3-0).
Paul McAlduff arrived at 6:20 p.m.
Malcolm MacGregor informed the Board that their appeal of the Zoning Board of Appeals decision for Case No. 3545, Sunna LLC has been filed in court and will be filed with the Town Clerk tomorrow.
Paul McAlduff moved to adjourn at 6:58 pm; the vote was unanimous 4-0.
