The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Mayflower Hearing Room, Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 7:15 PM to see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw, Section 205-55, Mixed Commerce (MC), by modifying and/or adding certain uses, requirements, conditions and/or definitions therein, including but not limited to those pertaining to multi-family use, as well as to amend associated sections, provisions, definitions, tables, charts, and procedures pertaining
thereto, or take any other action relative thereto.
Text, map, and other information may be inspected at the Planning Board Office.
Any person interested and desiring to be heard on this request should appear at the time and place designated.
