Conservation Commission Minutes 10/21/2014


The Plymouth Conservation Commission held its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Plymouth Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, MA 02360.  Present were Evelyn Strawn, Chairperson, Gerre Hooker, Vice-Chairman and Commissioners, Joshua Bows, Frank Drollett, David Foster and Brooke Monroe.  The Conservation Planner, Richard Vacca and the secretary Michelle Turner, were also present.
John Moran was absent
The Commission acknowledged the resignation of Brooke Monroe with this being her final meeting.

7:00 PM   John Hagerty, 68 Lakeview Boulevard, Parcel ID 124-000-001-102.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system in the buffer zones of Ezekiel’s Pond and an Isolated Vegetated Wetland.
Kevin Flaherty of Flaherty & Stefani, Inc. represented the applicant and explained the project.
No public comment.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue a negative determination.  Approved unanimously.

Stacy Minahan of Beals and Thomas represented the applicant and explained the project.
Prefab 4000 sq. ft. building with only 400 square feet in the buffer zone.
No public comment.
