MINUTES OF THE MEETING
April 26, 2011
The Plymouth Conservation Commission held its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Plymouth Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, MA 02360. Present were Evelyn Strawn, Chairperson, Gerre Hooker, Vice-Chairman and Commissioners James Aimone, David Foster, Brooke Monroe. John Scagliarini and Paul Withington. The Conservation Planner, Elizabeth Sullivan and the secretary, Michelle Turner, were also present.

7:30 PM TEC Associates, Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroads Right-of-Way (from Kingston line to Hedge Road). A Request for Determination of Applicability to confirm the wetland delineation boundaries in conjunction with a Vegetation Management Plan along MBTA Right-of-Way.
Wayne Duffett, TEC Associates represented the applicant and explained the project. 20 ft. pattern is sprayed, 10 ft. from centerline from the tracks. Tracks in Plymouth are all buffer zone, one application per year. Products are not mixed in these areas and they include Arsenal, Oust and Roundup, products that are jointly agreed upon by DEP and DAR (Dept. of Agriculture & Resources).
No public comment made.
David Foster motioned to issue a negative determination. Approved unanimously.
7:35 PM Joseph Polvere, 196 Drew Road, Parcel ID No. 088-000-008-000. A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct an addition to the existing single family dwelling in the buffer zone of Great South Pond including a septic system upgrade proposed outside of the buffer zone.
Al Vautrinot represented the applicant and explained the project.
No public comment was made.
John Scagliarini motioned to issue a negative determination. Approved unanimously.
