MINUTES OF THE MEETING
March 7, 2011
Administrative Meeting
4:30 PM
The Plymouth Conservation Commission held a specially scheduled meeting on Monday, March 07, 2011 at the Plymouth Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, MA 02360. Present were Evelyn Strawn, Chairperson, Gerre Hooker, Vice-Chairman and Commissioners, Brooke Monroe and Paul Withington. The Conservation Planner, Elizabeth Sullivan and the secretary, Michelle Turner, were also present.
James Aimone and John Scagliarini were absent
This special meeting of the Conservation Commission was held in order to sign an Acceptance Deed for a CPC land acquisition scheduled to close on Friday, March 11. The land is known as the Weston property, located off the westerly side of Fuller Farm Road, Assessors Map No. 88, Lot 25, containing approx. 10.75 acres, near Great South Pond.
Paul Withington is the Commission’s representative on the CPC and he gave some details on the acquisition approved through at the Fall 2010 Town Meeting. Purchase price is $200,000.00
Gerre Hooker motioned to approve and sign the Acceptance Deed for Map 88/Lot 25.
The motion was approved unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM
