MINUTES OF THE MEETING
June 1, 2009
Administrative Meeting
The Plymouth Conservation Commission held its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday June 1, 2009 at the Plymouth Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, MA 02360. Present were Evelyn Strawn, Chairperson, Gerre Hooker, Vice-Chairman and Commissioners Brooke Monroe. John Scagliarini and Paul Withington.
The Conservation Planner, Elizabeth Sullivan and the secretary, Michelle Turner, were also present.
Christopher Brink and David Foster were absent.
Valerie Massard, Sr. Town Planner attended the meeting and gave a presentation regarding the final conditions of the state-awarded Challenge Grant and specifically the Conservation Restriction to be recorded on the Brigg’s property. A draft of the CR was presented to each member and Ms. Massard was asking the Commission to vote to approve the final document. She also noted that if the CR is voted in the affirmative to approve, then members would be contacted to come in to sign off the original documents.
At that same time of signing of the Conservation Restriction for the Briggs property, the final documents of the Crawley Purchase and Sale would be required to sign off. (It is noted that the Crawley acquisition had previously been voted to accept by the Commission).
Paul Withington motioned to approve the Briggs CR. Motion was approved unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
