7:05 PM    38-40 John Alden Realty Trust (formerly known as JCM Plymouth Acquisitions II, LLC), 40 John Alden Road, Parcel ID 044-006-595-000.  A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for
DEP File No. SE57-2244, PCC-07-09 in order to seek approval for any/all post-facto construction modifications made vs. the original approved site plan.  No new work is proposed.   The work is within the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.
