7:00 PM Edward R. and Ayli Gates, 158 Sandwich Street, Parcel ID 024-000-013-000. A Notice of Intent to construct a pier including access stairs, walkway, platform, gangway, and float, within the coastal resource of Plymouth Harbor.
7:15 PM Timothy Dunn, 149 Bettencourt Road, Parcel ID 096-000-063-009 and 096-000-063-010. A Notice of Intent filed post facto for the construction of a crushed stone driveway, walkway, stairs, patio, and retaining walls within the buffer zone of King’s Pond.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

SE57-2683 - Letter from James Tribble re: less demolition work in the buffer zone
NOTE: Tribble’s have been working with the Antiquarian Society about preserving the oldest part of the dwelling at 131 Sandwich Road. Only the back part of the dwelling will be demolished and the main dwelling will remain intact (as this is the oldest home in Chiltonville).
