A Request for Determination of Applicability to implement a vegetation management plan, designed to maintain and improve existing vegetation in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.

A Request for Determination of Applicability to conduct landscape work to include planting of native trees, shrubs, and groundcover plants within the Riverfront Area and buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands of Wellingsley Brook.

The applicant requests a waiver for work within the 35 ft. buffer zone.

A Notice of Intent to renovate an existing dwelling, new additions, shed dormers, deck; configure a gravel walkway, parking area, stairway to beach, and a post-facto gravel surfacing of the drive entry. All work is proposed within a coastal dune and coastal beach of White Horse Beach.
