EXECUTIVE SESSION:
         The Conservation Commission will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30A, Section 21-Paragraph 9 – To discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and in which Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining Position of the Body, as it relates to 50 Center Hill Road.

A Request to Amend an Order of Conditions for DEP File No. SE57-2433 in order to permit unauthorized additions to the dwelling and to relocate a dwelling within the Coastal Dune of Saquish Beach.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

A Request for Determination of Applicability filed post-facto for the filling of an intermittent stream/drainage channel with soil in order to prevent the flow of water from upper wetland areas to lower wetland areas (Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding).
