7:00 PM The Long Beach Conservation Realty Trust, Catherine S. Muther, 421 Ryder Way, Parcel ID 037A-000-265A-000. A Notice of Intent to permit post-facto renovations to an existing cottage style dwelling. New work will include elevating the cottage onto piles. Work is within a coastal beach, coastal dune, land subject to coastal storm flowage and within a FEMA V Zone, elevation 16, on Plymouth Long Beach.
The applicant has requested a waiver under local jurisdiction for work within no-build, no-touch buffer zones.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

A Notice of Intent to renovate, relocate, place onto pilings the existing dwelling, including the construction of a new septic system, within a Coastal Dune and within a FEMA Velocity Zone of White Horse Beach.
