A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for DEP File No. SE57-2655 and PCC-13-20, as part of a Settlement Agreement that requests a waiver of existing Special Condition 20 and 24 (time of year work restrictions) due to an improved siltation mitigation plan utilizing a siltation boom surrounding a steel cofferdam, within the resource of Plymouth Harbor.

A Notice of Intent for the implementation of an inland bank stabilization project including removal of existing rock, concrete and debris and installation of a tiered block wall, stabilized with plantings including repair of the existing steps, in the buffer zone and inland bank of Big Sandy Pond.
