7:25 P.M.       MA Office of Fishing and Boating Access, State Access Boat Ramp (Leo DeMarsh State ramp), Parcel ID 014A-000-021A-000. A Notice of Intent to reconstruct an existing boat ramp, including a pile-supported floating dock, within Plymouth Harbor.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

7:30 P.M.      Arthur M. & Grace R. Morgan, 107 Sea View Drive, Parcel ID 049-003-130-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct a new septic system within the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank and within the riverfront area of Indian Brook.

7:35 P.M.      MMP Realty Trust, Maxim P. Paronich, Tr., 127C Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID 045C-000-046-000. A post-facto Request for Determination of Applicability for the upgrade of a failed septic system within the resource of a coastal dune system of White Horse Beach.

7:40 P.M.         Peter R. & Linda A. King, 164 Black Cat Road, Parcel ID 098-000-069A-000. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new relocated dwelling, including utilities and amenities within the buffer zone and bordering vegetated wetland of Billington Sea and Trask Pond.
The applicant also seeks a local waiver for work within the 35 ft. and 50 ft. buffer zones
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

7:50 P.M.         Steven & Patti A. Striar, 0 Steeple Chase, Parcel ID 066-000-001-114. A Notice of Intent for the construction of a seasonal aluminum dock, including a 4 ft. wide natural pathway, within the buffer zone and resource of Little Long Pond.
