7:35 P.M. The Stop & Shop Supermarket Co., LLC, 129 Samoset Street, Parcel ID’s 101-000-016A-000Z, 101-000-017A-002 & 101-000-017B-003. A Request for Determination of Applicability to install a 180.5 ft. wind turbine in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, located within the paved parking/loading area and grassed area, at the rear of the shopping plaza.
7:40 P.M. Robert & Kristine Keese, off Herring Pond Road, Parcel ID 059-000-018-000 and 059-000-019-000. A Notice of Intent for a wetland restoration/enhancement project which includes removal of a drainage pipe, manual removal of phragmites and maintenance of a turtle nesting habitat within the riverfront area of Carter’s River (which connects Little Herring Pond to Great Herring Pond). 7:50 P.M. Dennis J. Colbert, 32 & 36 Landfall Lane, Private Beach Area, Indian Bluffs Beach Area, Parcel ID’s 048-052-058-000 & 048-052-001-000, 048-052-000A-000 and 048-053-000C-000, respectively. A Notice of Intent to repair an existing stone revetment and stairway, including the new installation of approx. 80 lf. of geotextile sand bags with a sand and gravel veneer and plantings, within the resources of a coastal bank and coastal beach.
8:00 P.M. Suzanne Chisholm, 143G Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID 045C-000-007-000. A Notice of Intent to re-construct a new 2-story dwelling, including amenities and utilities, to replace a cottage destroyed by the blizzard of 2013. The entire site lies within the resources of a coastal dune system of White Horse Beach.
8:10 P.M. BlueWave Capital LLC, Aidan Foley, 30 Raffaele Road, Parcel ID 083-000-019E-000. A Notice of Intent to construct a Solar Photovoltaic Field, including site grading, fencing and stormwater controls, a portion of which is within the buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland Resources to abandoned cranberry bogs and the Eel River.
