7:25 PM     Estate of Gerald P. Kelleher, c/o Mary Seaver, Bay View Ave, Saquish, Parcel ID’s 132-000B-253-000, 132-000B-333-000, 132-000B334-000, 132-000B-335-000. A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions to modify the existing footpath from the dwelling to the beach in order to stay within the boundaries of existing lot lines. Project requires minor vegetation removal. All work is within the coastal dune system of Saquish Beach.

7:30  PM        James & Paula O’Brien, 20 Scarlet Drive, Parcel ID 121-000-005-330. A Notice of Intent to construct a seasonal dock within the resource of Big Sandy Pond including a wooden walkway and construction of a porch below the existing pond-side deck, in the buffer zone of Big Sandy Pond.

7:40 PM          John M. Hoey, 229 Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID 045B-000-006-002.  A Notice of Intent for the construction of coastal stairway above an existing stone revetment, within the resource of a coastal bank.

7:40 PM          223-225 Taylor Avenue Realty Trust, 225 Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID 045B-000-007-000.  A Notice of Intent for the construction of coastal stairway above an existing stone revetment, within the resource of a coastal bank.

7:45  PM        Munsell Family Irrevocable Trust, W. Keith Munsell, 21 Manomet Avenue, Parcel ID 048-049-030-000. A Notice of Intent to raise and relocate the existing dwelling onto a new foundation, including expansion of the dwelling, utilities and amenities in the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.  Project also includes demolition of the existing detached garage and full reconstruction outside of the buffer zone.  All impacted areas will be stabilized with loam and seed.
