7:30 PM       Ramona Lynch, 133 Lake Drive, Parcel ID 130-002-000D-170. A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct a new septic system within the buffer zone of Mare Pond, a/k/a  Honeypot Lake.

7:35 PM      Karen J. Toomey, 161 Sandy Beach Road, Parcel ID 120-000-001-159, A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct a new foundation under the existing dwelling, in the buffer zone of White Island Pond.

7:40 PM     David Glaude & Renee Paquette, 224 Manomet Point Road, Parcel ID 046-000A-112-000Z. A Notice of Intent to demolish and construct new first floor, add new 2nd story addition over the dwelling.  Reconstruct and enlarge 1st floor deck, construct 2nd floor decks and reconstruct retaining walls, within the buffer zone of the top of the coastal bank.
This project will require a waiver under the local bylaw for new construction within the 35-50 ft. no touch, no build buffer zones.
