7:30 P.M.  Public Hearings Begin

7:30 PM   Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division – District 5 Office, Mary-Joe Perry, Routes 3, 3A, 25, 44, 80, Plimoth Plantation Highway, & portions of River Street, Sandwich Road, Cherry Street & Commerce Way. A Notice of Intent in order to obtain a blanket Order of Conditions to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on State-maintained drainage systems, including but not limited to culverts; catch basins; pipes; drainage outlets, easements and ditches.
                                    This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

7:40 PM   Michael Margitich, 82 Peter Road, Parcel ID 108-000-010-028. A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system, in the buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetland of Pinewood Lake.

7:45 PM     Roger S. Randall, 17 Guide Board Road, Parcel ID 044-000-008-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system in the buffer zone of an inland bank of a small, unnamed pond.

7:50 PM     Damaso Saavedra & Allyson Saavedra-Goodwin, 140 Roxy Cahoon Road, Parcel ID 057-000-050B-000. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new single family dwelling, including utilities and amenities in the buffer zone of Great Herring Pond. The project also includes placement of a seasonal dock and deck within the resource of the Pond.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

8:00 PM   Ruth L Aikens Life Estate and Talia Nunez, 28 Bumpus Road, Parcel ID 098-000-046-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system in the buffer zone of an Inland Bank of Billington Sea.

8:05 PM     James R. Clark, Western Point Saquish, Parcel ID 132-000W-030-000.  A Notice of Intent to upgrade a septic system and reconstruct the roof with an addition of dormers, roof deck and stairs, within a coastal dune system of Saquish.   
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

8:15 PM     Viriato M. & Jennifer J. deMacedo, 555 Ship Pond Road, Parcel ID 051-000-004N-026. A Notice of Intent to construct a new single family dwelling including grading, utilities and amenities in the buffer zone of Morey’s Pond.  The project also includes converting the existing dwelling, also located in the buffer zone, to a recreational/storage building.  
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.
