A Notice of Intent in order to obtain a blanket Order of Conditions to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on State-maintained drainage systems, including but not limited to culverts; catch basins; pipes; drainage outlets, easements and ditches.

8:05 PM James R. Clark, Western Point Saquish, Parcel ID 132-000W-030-000. A Notice of Intent to upgrade a septic system and reconstruct the roof with an addition of dormers, roof deck and stairs, within a coastal dune system of Saquish.

8:15 PM Viriato M. & Jennifer J. deMacedo, 555 Ship Pond Road, Parcel ID 051-000-004N-026. A Notice of Intent to construct a new single family dwelling including grading, utilities and amenities in the buffer zone of Morey’s Pond. The project also includes converting the existing dwelling, also located in the buffer zone, to a recreational/storage building.
