7:30 PM        Thomas Carley & Alissa Churchill, 236 Clark Road, Parcel ID 069-000-002-000. A Notice of Intent to install a 4’x48’ seasonal dock within the resource of Long Pond; placement of pea-stone on walking path, and construction of a 6’x8’ shed in the buffer zone of Long Pond.  The applicant requests a waiver of local jurisdiction for work proposed within the 35-50 ft. buffer zone.
Note: This hearing was continued for a response from NHESP

7:35 PM     Tumolo Family Irrevocable Trust, 81 Taylor Avenue, Parcel ID 045C-000-172-000. A Request for Determination of Applicability to remove the existing cesspool and upgrade with a new Title 5 septic system, within the coastal dune system of White Horse Beach.

7:40 PM     Amrhein Plymouth Irrevocable Trust, 184 Bartlett Road, Parcel ID 048-000-029-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to abandon a cesspool and upgrade with a new Title 5 septic system, in the buffer zone of an Inland Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetland of Fresh Pond.

7:45 PM     Good Properties Realty Trust, 95 White Horse Road, Parcel ID 045A-000-005-000. A Request for Determination of Applicability to remove all pavement from the site and replace with loam and seed, in the buffer zone of an Isolated Vegetated Wetland.

7:50 PM     In-Town Realty Trust, Gerald Riccio, 75 Sandy Beach Road, Parcel ID 120-000-001-117, A Notice of Intent to install a new foundation wall along the back of the dwelling, construct an addition, construct a farmer’s porch, a pergola and construct a 2nd story addition, within the buffer zone of White Island Pond.  A portion of this work is filed post-facto.

8:00 PM    Hollis Leary, 185 Roxy Cahoon Road, Parcel ID 057-000-057-000, A Notice of Intent to remove and replace an unauthorized shoreline stabilization feature with a more appropriate and permitted feature, including natural pathway with seasonal wood ramp, placement of geotextile erosion control silt/gravel sock and placement of rip rap stone, within the buffer zone of  Great Herring Pond
