A Request for Determination for the post-facto remediation as a result of a 10-gallon gasoline release at the Citgo Station, in the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland, including soil excavation & replacement.

A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing dwelling and deck and construct a new 2-story dwelling including utilities, amenities and stabilization in the buffer zone of Big Sandy Pond. A Request for An Amended Order of Conditions for DEP File # SE57-2587, in order to demolish the existing dwelling and construct new dwelling to including 4’ wide cantilevered platform deck within the resources of a barrier beach and coastal dune system of Saquish.     

8:10 PM      49 Manomet Avenue Realty Trust, 49 Manomet Avenue, PIDs 048-049-000A-002, 048-049-000A-003, 048-049-000B-001, As a Superior Court “Order of Remand”, the applicant requests a “Reconsideration of an Order of Conditions” for DEP File No. SE57-2608 to allow the demolition and re-construction of coastal stairs, landings and platforms, including mitigation of disturbed areas, within the resource of a coastal bank.
