A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing cottage dwelling and construct a new dwelling including amenities, within the resources of Barrier Beach, Coastal Dune and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage of Plymouth Long Beach.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.
7:40 PM Charles D. Donovan & Jan E. Parker, One Swift Avenue, Parcel ID No. 059-000-028-001. A Notice of Intent for the placement of rip rap stone along a portion of the inland bank of Island Pond, for the purpose of erosion control.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA and is within the Herring River Watershed ACEC.
7:50 PM Og L. Lim, 27 King Philip Road, Parcel ID No. 053-000-020-022. A Notice of Intent to reconstruct the existing deck and to add 201 square foot addition to the deck, within the 35 ft. no-touch setback, project waiver is requested and for maintenance vista pruning in the buffer zone. Post-facto work also includes drywell installation, retaining walls, landscaping and irrigation and drainage controls in the buffer zone.
This project lies within the Ellisville Harbor ACEC.

A Notice of Intent to construct additions and cantilevered deck to the existing dwelling, construct new septic system, new water supply well and drywell, within the resource of White Island Pond. Applicant requests a waiver under the Plymouth Wetland Bylaw for construction within the 50 ft. no-build zone and 35 ft. no-touch zone.
