7:30 PM John F. Shea, 376 Bay View Avenue, Saquish Beach, Parcel ID No. 132-000B-376-000. A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct a handicap access ramp, attached to the existing deck, within the resource of a Coastal Dune of Saquish Beach.
7:35 PM Philip & Dawn Stanley, 312 Ryder Way, Parcel ID No. 037A-000-155-000. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing cottage dwelling and construct a new dwelling including amenities, within the resources of Barrier Beach, Coastal Dune and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage of Plymouth Long Beach.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.
7:45 PM Peter and Barbara Palfrey, Saquish Head, Parcel ID Nos. 132-000H-004-000; 132-000S-001-000. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing accessory building, including all amenities attached to the accessory building and construct a new one-story accessory building with amenities, within the buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.
7:55 PM John Donahue, 2 Massasoit Avenue, Parcel ID No. 049-001-012A-001. A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for DEP File No. SE57-2513 to resolve an objection by the MA Department of Environmental Protection in specifying a beach nourishment plan for the subject property including the adjacent Indian Bluffs Trust property. All work is within the resource of coastal bank and coastal beach.
8:05 PM Firehouse Road Realty Trust, J.H. Stevens Pitney, 60 Firehouse Road, Parcel ID No. 120-035A-023-000. A Notice of Intent to install an in-ground pool, construct sheds, retaining walls, remove and replace three decks and install a new septic system, including all associated site work, in the buffer zone of White Island Pond.
8:15 PM Thomas J. & Michelle D. Hardiman, 40 Gunning Point Road, Parcel ID No. 124-000-009-024Z. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing single-family dwelling, bunk house and timber retaining walls and construct a new dwelling, including utilities and amenities in the buffer zone of the bordering vegetated wetlands of Big Sandy Pond.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.
8:30 PM Executive Session The Conservation Commission will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30A, Section 21 – Paragraph 9 – To meet or confer with a mediator, as defined in section 23C of Chapter 233, with respect to any litigation or decision on any public business within its jurisdiction involving another party, group or entity.
