A Notice of Intent for the placement of 2-3 ton stone, cobble, sand and gravel in order to control erosion on a coastal bank.   Project also involves removal of section of wooden stairs and replacement of flat-set boulders on a coastal bank.

7:40 PM Kenneth Scott, 44 Fuller Farm Road, Parcel ID No. 088-000-019-002.  A Notice of Intent to construct an addition to the existing dwelling in the buffer zone of Great South Pond.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.

7:45 PM East Bay Grille, Paul Barbato, 173 Water Street, Parcel ID No. 014A-000-017-000.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to construct an addition to the existing restaurant facility, a portion of which is located in the buffer zone to the top of the coastal bank.

7:50 PM NSTAR Electric Company, Kevin McCune, existing NSTAR easement, ROW’s 280 & 180.  Parcel ID No. N/A.  A Notice of Intent to construct approximately 11.75 miles of new
345 kV electric transmission line and related ancillary improvements, within the buffer zone of wetland resources.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.
